Wastewater Control System AwaCom

AwaCom is a wastewater treatment control system tailored to the needs of modern plating shops for solution regeneration.

In individual windows, it will display the state of each tank or piece of equipment, greatly simplifying the management of treatment parameters. In the software, there is a program editor for batch treatment so that the plater can opt for a treatment sequence that makes optimum use of resources.

AwaCom has been designed to be flexble. The program can be used with many different plating requirements and plant sizes. Here are some possible applications:

• Batch neutralisation
• Neutralisation plus detoxification
• Neutralisation in continuous iteration
• Complete demineralisation (on one or more production lines)
• Chemical stocks and/or buffer storage tanks
• Operation from PC or touch panel
