Analysis Software LawaCom

The LawaCom software system offers many functions for data-processing in the plating and surface treatment industry. It does not only its main job of registering, checking and transmitting the data concerning tank solutions and maintenance but also enables the operator to manage and log all current tank or bath maintenance.

LawaCom contains integrated managing tools for dimensions, materials and liquid waste so that the chemicals consumed and the physical dimensions of the plated objects are constantly monitored.

With the help of a formulae module, complex calculation of the quantities analysed can take place, so that the most economical amounts of chemicals are added to baths where needed. Because the data is stored centrally by the program, the details from a number of work areas can be registered and managed in synchrony.

In addition, version control ensures that critical parameters can be traced back and that a clear overview is always available.
